"Just wanted to sing some Very well desevered praises for Lannie and Don in Sales,these men didnt know me from Adam on my first call and Lannie helped me like we were old friends, then weeks later when I had a bad time with my paint shop ( they lost the brand new left side Landmark paintsaver and cap) Lannie and Don burned up the telephone lines getting me the replacement and had it shipped direct from the supplier to me to get me sraight. Remember I had fresh paint and mis-matched caps And wasnt happy. THANKS to their dilegence and dedication it is all good and in record time, thanks Lannie and Don for going above and beyond. "Want to say thanks to Steve (Service Manager) at Bikers Dream. I dropped in last Thursday without a call and he took my bike right in. He called Friday and told me my bike was ready. He took care of my starting problem and resealed my struts. I picked it up Saturday when they were having open house and the Big Dog Truck was there. I asked Steve if they were doing demo rides and he said no but asked me if I wanted to take one out. I said yes, bagger. So he went to the trailer and talked to the driver, next thing I know I am on a bagger. That was pretty cool of Steve. If you ever need work done on your bike, Bikers Dream is the one. Their customer service is number one without a doubt. So thanks again Steve."

The tire was a Metzler, which Killer Creek HD does not even sell. The welcoming attitude toward my V-Rod is another reason that I will return to your store/shop whenever I need something. If you are into tattoos and piercings, go to Killer Creek HD. But if you want great service at reasonable prices, go to Bikers Dream. " My name is Tom and this is my story.
I had seen my 2006 Big Dog K-9 after viewing the Bikers Dream site on the INTERNET. At that time, though, I was schedueled to work 7 days-a-week indefinitely. I was fearful that the bike I had seen and really liked was going to be sold before I would be able to even see it. but luckily I was able to wrangle 3 days off. My Wife and I hurried off to Alpharetta from Cottondale (Tuscaloosa),Alabama.
We arrived at near closing on monday and one of the salesmen even stayed late to show the bike I was interested in. We stayed overnight and the next day made the purchase which was almost painless, except for the part about the check.
I was able to make the ride home on my brand new K-9 and I was a really happy camper!! The people at Bikers Dream were very accomodating and made me and, most importantly, my wife feel right at home. The whole experience was positive and most importantly, did I mention, my new K-9 and I rode home 300 miles in 100 degree heat on June 27, 2006.
Any purchases I make in the future will definitely be from Don Parkinson and his staff at Bikers Dream.
